You are allow to meet your MUA at our location 1 hour before your scheduled shoot(s). We have a 2 makeup booth equip with a mirror and chair. We have spaces to change as well but very limited. We recommend that you come dressed or notify us before you arrive that you will need space.
During the photoshoot:
The event coordinator will direct you to your photographer/videographer according to your start time. Each shoot last for 15 to 30min depending on which services your booked. The coordinator will also manage your shoot session time and control the flow make sure you get the proper shots for the service/time booked. If you have booked more than one service, they will guide you to your next scheduled session or instruct you to wait until your next time slot.
During Video Shoot
We will send you a template/guideline to how the video should flow, We recommend that you prepare a script to prepare your recording session begins. This will help with time and nervousness. The coordinator will escort you to the video room/area. We while need a few minutes to set up the lightning, during that time we suggest that you look over your script one final time. If you have a business partner please state that on our booking form so that we can make the necessary adjustments to our space and pricing.
All off our Media Days are open bar. Enjoy endless margaritas, mimosas, and mixed drinks. Bar opens 10am and Catering will serve food around 10:30. We deeply encourage all Media Day participates to drink responsible.
Photography: After your shoot is over, within 5 business days you will receive a gallery link to review your images and select the ones you would like edited. In most cases that number is 6. You will normally get double that amount in unedited photos. If you would like more photos edited, we can invoice you the cost.
Video: After your shoot is over, we will need a list of wording that you would like to appear on screen as your explaining your products/services. These word can be highlighted from your script. They will appear next to you on the video. They will help with emphasizing your message. The average time of completion is 2 weeks.
There is a $100 booking deposit, the remainder will invoice to you before the event. If you need to cancel $50 is non refundable or we can move you to the next media day event All Shoot prices are based on 1 owner, if you have a business partner(s) or models, your will adjusted on your invoice. Those Name(s) must be listed on our book form. All payment or due before the date of Media Day.
